Payroll Enhancements

• Employee CTC in Profile: Employees can now view their assigned CTC under the Employee Section > Profile >  Organisation tab. This feature provides a clear breakdown of an employee’s cost to company, showing allowances, employer contributions, and statutory components in both monthly and annual views. Access to this feature can be enabled or disabled under the  Admin Section > Organisation > Profile Configuration.

• Increment & Payroll Input file Validation: Enhanced validations have been introduced for Increment, One-Time Payments (OTP), and One-Time Deductions (OTD), due to which decimal amounts are no longer accepted under the amount field, accepting only whole number values (e.g., 5000 instead of 5000.80).
   
• Goa PT & Haryana LWF Compliance: Statutory compliance rates have been updated in the system by removing Professional Tax applicability for the state of Goa and revising the Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) contribution to ₹70 (Employer) and ₹35 (Employee) for the state of Haryana as per the latest regulations. 

Improved Attendance Management

• Leave & regularisation rule: Employees can no longer apply leave and regularisation on the same day, preventing conflicts in attendance records. To regularise the attendance for the day for which leave has already been applied, first the leave request needs to be cancelled.
   
• Attendance policy visibility: For improved transparency of attendance rules for the employees, the  Attendnace Policy section has been enhanced under the Employee Section > Profile > Organisation tab.

Report Section Enhancements

• Employee CTC History Report (Beta): The Employee CTC History Beta report gives visibility into changes in employee CTC. The data gets displayed as per the last processed Payroll records. This can be accessed under the Employee, Team, and Admin Section > Organisation Reports.

• Attendance Summary Report Enhancement: In the Attendance Summary Beta and Consolidated Attendance Beta reports, Absent/LWP days are now grouped under Unpaid Days for a consolidated view, while the Absent and LWP columns are split to provide a detailed breakdown of the attendance records.
   
• Attendance Reports enhancement to capture overtime hours: Hours worked on Weekly Offs and Holidays will now be automatically considered as Overtime (OT). This enhancement has been implemented across various attendance reports, including Daily Logs (Beta), to provide accurate visibility into overtime hours.
   
• Payroll Gratuity Report Enhancement: To easily filter and analyse gratuity data department-wise, a Department column has been added to the Gratuity Report. The report can be accessed under the Admin section > Payroll > View/Run payroll > Register & Checklists > Statutory Reports.
   
• Employee Master Report Enhancement: The standard and Beta versions of the Employee Master Report now include the Employee’s Middle Name and Relation fields to strengthen HR record management and Employee data completeness.

Other Enhancements

• My Folder Enhancement: To allow employees to easily view and download documents for the required financial year, a Financial Year dropdown has been added under Employee Section > My Folder for the Payslips and Tax Computations.
  
   
• Payroll Miscellaneous Page Optimisation: The latest optimisation to the Payroll > Miscellaneous page has significantly reduced the page load time to less than 5 seconds for faster access to Loans, Flexi and Voucher  Payments and Lock requests section.
