Audit Trails on TeamNest

Audit Trails automatically logs changes made on TeamNest, be it Administrative Modules, Configurations, or Policies.

With this feature, HR and business owners get absolute transparency on the running of their business in TeamNest. Notice any issues? We’re releasing this for Payroll and Reporting Structure Modules first. This will cover changes to Allowances and Deductions along with the audit of every step in the entire process in case of a Payroll Rerun.

Enhancements 

Expense Management 

• Admins can now edit Visit/Trip Start/End Date in the Expense Module
• A new set of filters has been added to Expense Reports. Now you can filter these reports using Expense categories

• Now you can view the Daily Attendance Report i.e., OU-wise percentage of employees present for a particular day. Get complete insights into employee attendance with OU-wise percentage of employees present for a particular day in the Daily Attendance Report
• New Bulk upload feature has been added to Candidate Grid to save you time and effort

Notifications for Investment Declarations

Employees are now informed with real-time updates and email notifications, each time the Audit Team makes changes to their Approved amounts in the Investment Page.
