Helpdesk is a simple and efficient way to raise an online help request directed to the relevant department.. It is an easy-to-use ticketing platform that allows you to raise support requests and track them.
To raise a ticket:
- Go to Helpdesk from the left navigation
- Click on the ‘Raise New Ticket’ button on the top right of the page
- The Ticket Request form will appear. Select the appropriate Category/Department, and write a short description of your issue. You can also attached a document that makes it easier to understand your issue. Submit your request.
- Your ticket is created. A notification will be sent to the person responsible(Category Owner) for responding to tickets for that Category/Department
- You can monitor the status of your ticket from the ‘Ticket List’ section on the page
- When your ticket is responded to, you will receive a notification. You can read the response and write back, if required. This conversation can continue till the issue is resolved
- When the issue is resolved, the Category Owner will mark the ticket as Closed.
Mobile App
- When you login, you will see the Helpdesk icon on the dashboard.
- Tap on ‘Helpdesk’. You will see the Helpdesk dashboard.
- Tap on the ‘Raise new ticket’ button at the bottom of the screen and choose the Category under which the ticket is to be raised
- Describe your issue and add an attachment, if required
- Your ticket is created. A notification is sent to the Category Owner
- You can monitor the status of your ticket from the app
- When your ticket is responded to, you will receive a notification. You can read the response and write back, if required. This conversation can continue till the issue is resolved.
- When the issue is resolved, the Category Owner will mark the ticket as Closed.

There is not URL or links to the option described.
Is this option from:
> TeamNest homepage? (absent from selection)
> Wipro homepage? (not mentioned or linked)
> Somewhere else? as official Wipro pages are absent of this menu selection.
For a recognised world leaders in QET, this is a serious fail on our part.
