This is a basic requirement for every employee and organisation. You can record your attendance on the website or from the mobile app
Website
- When you login, you will see a Punch-In button on the top right corner.
- Click on the “Punch-in” button to record your in-time
- A punch In form will be displayed where you can select from which office location you are marking your attendance and enter the notes and click on the Punch In button.
- Your Punch-in has been recorded. The button will turn red to indicate this
- At the end of the day, remember to Punch Out from the same place, the button will turn blue when you have recorded your out-time successfully.
Remember to do this every work day
Your daily attendance log is available on the Attendance Module. You can view it either as a Calendar View or in Attendance Logs.
You can also use it to regularise your attendance on the days that you missed registering your attendance correctly.
Mobile App
- When you login, you will see the Dashboard
- Tap on the Punch-in button at top right corner of the screen
- Click on the Punch In Button and a punch In form will be displayed where you can select from which office location you are marking your attendance and enter the notes and click on Submit.
- The device may record your location if your organisation policy requires it. For this purpose, you might have to give permission to the app to access your location
- Your in-time is now recorded. The button will turn red to indicate this
- Remember to Punch-out when your workday ends. The button will turn green when you have recorded your out-time successfully
Based on your configured shift timings, the app will send you daily reminders - once when your day starts, and again when your day ends. This will help to remind you to punch-in every day via the mobile app
