For supervisors, the Performance Management System (PMS) module is an essential tool for making sure teams successfully accomplish corporate objectives. It makes it easier to record quantifiable work results and employee performance, guaranteeing a fair and data-driven performance assessment procedure.
For Supervisors/Reporting Managers:
Supervisors can access the PMS page from the following path:
Team Section > PMS
Step 1
Assign KRAs:
i. The Supervisors can assign Key Result Areas (KRAs) to individual team members from the following path: Team section > PMS > Assign KRAs > Assign KRA.
ii. On the Assign KRA Page, after selecting the relevant employees, the supervisor can assign the Weightage, add the KRAs and then their corresponding Key Responsibilities.
iii. Once completed the Supervisor can preview the KRA and then click on Submit.
Following a similar set of steps as outlined above, Competencies can be assigned from the Assign Competencies tab.
Step 2
Reviewing KRAs and Competencies
i. Once employees complete their self-appraisal of the assigned KRAs and Competencies, the Supervisors can review the submissions from the below path:
Team Section > PMS > Review > Review KRA.
ii. Here, the supervisor can check the applicable performance review cycle, the number of KRAs pending, and the total number of KRAs assigned to the employee.
- Pending KRAs: The KRAs for which the supervisor has not submitted the ratings.
- Reviewed KRAs: The KRAs which have already been reviewed by the supervisor.
- Unsubmitted KRAs: The KRAs that have not been submitted by the employee.
- Total KRAs: The total number of KRAs assigned to the employee.
iii. By clicking on the Action button under the View KRA column, the Supervisor can view the performance ratings submitted by an employee.
iv. On the KRA/Competency Details page, the Supervisor can review the Key responsibilities, assigned weightage, Employee’s self-rating and add comments, if required.
Step 3
Performance Review
In the final step, the Supervisor can provide performance ratings and feedback by clicking the pen icon in the Supervisor’s Rating section, add any relevant feedback or comments in the Description field to support the rating.
At the end of the performance cycle, the Admin can submit the Final Recommendation based on the performance review, the employee’s self-rating and the supervisor’s rating.
