Organization Units will help you group your employees into categories like Departments, Designations, Locations, and so on.
TeamNest lets you create your categories to match your organization structure which is caleed as Org Units. Once you create an Organization Unit, more employees can be added to it.
Creating Organization Units:
- Go to Admin Section > Organization > Organization Units and click on Add Org Unit.
- Enter the Org Unit you want to create. e.g. Designation, Department, Location likewise.
- Enter one or more values for this Org Unit e.g. Content Writer, Graphic Designer, AVP, Executive and click on Submit to save the form.
- You will see the Org Unit has been created, and under it, the values for that unit will also be available.
- You now need to assign employees to these Org Unit values.
- Click on Add Employees to OU against one of the Org Unit values.
- Now you can save the configuration by clicking on Submit.
In this manner, create other Organization Units as per applicability to reflect your organization structure.
