Teamnest allows you to define and manage salary-related compliances for your organization, ensuring statutory requirements are met accurately and on time.
Choosing a Compliance Applicable to your Organization
Steps to Configure Compliance:

Go to Admin Section >Compliance → Define Masters.

You will see the following compliances listed:

Profession Tax
-
Provident Fund (PF)
-
Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
-
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
-
-
Toggle ON the compliances applicable to your organization.

For Profession Tax and LWF, select the applicable states.

Click Submit to save your compliance settings.

Compliance Calendar
- Go to Admin Section > Compliance > Calendar
- You will see the due dates for applicable Compliances for the current month
- Where a Compliance has been met, click on it. You will get an option to upload an acknowledgement or Challan and mark the Compliance as completed
